The phrase "Speak to me, Lord, I am listening" reflects a deep yearning for spiritual communication and guidance. It embodies an openness to hear God's voice, an invitation for divine insight. However, in today’s fast-paced and noisy world, many find it difficult to truly listen to God. There are several obstacles, especially gadgets that can hinder us from hearing His voice, but there are also practical steps we can take to overcome these barriers and cultivate a deeper connection with God.
Presenter: Dmitry Siliuk
Spiritual maturity is not the number of hours spent in prayer or the number of times the Bible is read, although all of these are certainly considered important means for achieving spiritual maturity.
Spiritual growth of a teacher is continuous development in the formation of the character of Christ and maximum likeness to Christ. Spiritual maturity is manifested in the number of spiritual battles won, in the ability to endure stress, inconveniences and suffering, in the weight of the responsibility taken upon oneself and worthily fulfilled, in acquiring the qualities for the constant cultivation of disciples around oneself, as Christ did, in sacrificial self-giving “from heart to heart”.

Our students live in a world where answers are only a click away — Google and AI seem to have it all. But what makes your Bible lesson stand out? The calling of a teacher is not just to inform, but to transform. We are entrusted to teach God’s Word in the name of Jesus and with the power of the Holy Spirit, so that the spirit, soul, and body are touched. This workshop will equip you with the key elements to move beyond giving answers for the moment and instead empower your students to discover God’s truth for a lifetime — handing them the fishing pole, not just the fish.
Presenter: Artur Nikityuk
Too many times I have heard teachers refer to themselves as JUST a teacher. We often look up to pastors, evangelists, and those on a big platform as the stars in our community. We fall short of the realization that the work you put in behind closed doors reaps great benefits. We need to realize that there is nothing simple about what we do as teachers. The pastor or evangelist who is out there spreading God's word was once a student in someone's Sunday School class. Think about that for a moment. We are all part of the body of Christ and one part of the body is no greater than the other. We all work together for God's glory.
Presenter: Ivan Leshchuk

How can I create effective and interactive lessons? How can I spark students’ interest in the material and make them look forward to the next class? In this seminar, we will focus on answering these questions. We will also hear important tips, ideas, and methods for structuring lessons that help achieve maximum engagement and active participation from students. As teachers, we set the tone for the entire class, and this process begins already at the planning stage. Children thrive in environments where there is structure, and if we plan lessons accordingly, we will see that they become much more engaged.
